All submissions and registration shall be completed on the website of THNS Forum. The registration is free of charge.

Candidate speakers for 15’ min presentation slots are invited to submit an abstract by 10^th July, 2025. (Short abstract of about 300 words, including title, plus personal biography)

We will notify speakers of acceptance before 30^th July, 2025.

All participants including accepted speakers and general audience shall register online by 10^th September.

Due to the capacity of the venue, we suggest on-site audience get registered as early as possible.
